EML Digital offers digital marketing, content strategy, and consulting services, including but not limited to:
Social media management
Website and funnel design
Content strategy and coaching
Paid ad management
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
Payments must be made upfront unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not available for digital services once work has begun.
Subscription-based services require 30 days' notice before cancellation.
4. SMS & A2P Compliance
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from EML Digital.
Opt-out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
Consent Not Required: You do not need to opt in as a condition of purchasing services.
Message Rates: Standard carrier charges may apply.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and deliverables provided by EML Digital remain our property until full payment is received.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, duplication, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
EML Digital is not liable for:
Third-party service disruptions (Meta, Google, etc.)
Financial losses due to marketing strategies implemented
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland
